  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery Coverage: We ship across India. For remote or unserviceable locations, delivery timelines may be extended or orders may be canceled with prior intimation.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving the package.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

We take pride in our product quality and packaging. However, in case of genuine issues, we accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Refund:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting Customer Care with clear photographs and order details.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Returns initiated after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund or return request after evaluation.
